Terms of Service

Last updated 6 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Vitals (buildmyvitals.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Vitals is

Vitals lets you upload lab and blood-test reports and turns them into readable results, trends, and plain-language insights. It is an informational tool only.

Not medical advice

Vitals is not a doctor, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical care. Insights and recommendations are general information, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be used to make medical decisions on their own. Always consult a qualified clinician before changing your diet, exercise, medication, or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vitals. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data & content

You own the reports and data you upload. You grant Vitals a limited licence to store and process that data only to provide the service to you (including sending report text to our AI provider to generate insights, as described in our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the right to upload any report you add, including reports for family members you manage.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to:

  • access another user's data or break our security controls;
  • upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to use;
  • disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Pricing

Vitals is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll give you clear notice before any charges apply.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that parsing is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Always verify important values against your original report and your clinician.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitals and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the information the service provides.

Termination

You may stop using Vitals and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
